At Quad Lock, we’re on a mission to make every day and every adventure better, inspiring the adventurer in all of us. Our case-based mounting system has redefined the way enthusiasts connect with their devices, creating a world of possibilities.

Born in Melbourne, Australia in 2012 thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, we’ve rapidly grown into a global sensation, trusted by brand enthusiasts who choose us first and eagerly share their experiences with their friends. With mounts for cycling, motorcycling, driving, aviation, and various lifestyle options, Quad Lock has shipped millions of products to over 100 countries.

Our story started with wanting to explore the world. Well, at least some of it. With Australia as their backyard, Quad Lock founders Chris and Rob rode bikes on empty roads, explored mountains on foot, and deserts in the car. But they didn't have total confidence taking their phones out there. So, they did something about it.

A few years after the release of the first iPhone, Quad Lock was born. And a Kickstarter campaign in 2011 launched a premium iPhone mount – loved by cyclists worldwide. The range has since expanded to other pursuits, with enthusiasts all over exploring more with their phones securely in sight.

Now, just as our founders, Chris and Rob, embarked on their journey to explore the world, our CEO Andrew Poole is leading us into the next phase of growth - ensuring Quad Lock remains synonymous with innovation, excellence, and a commitment to enhancing the lifestyles of our customers worldwide.

As an experienced leader in the sports and lifestyle marketplace and a long-time Quad Lock user, Andrew's focus at Quad Lock is on fostering team growth and creating new pathways for expansion into specialty retail and industry partnerships. With 80% of our current sales originating outside of Australia, Andrew is leveraging our global reach to take Quad Lock to new heights.

Where is Quad Lock’s office located?

At Quad Lock we work effectively and even thrive from different locations. Quad Lock’s office is located in South Yarra - one of Melbourne’s vibrant inner city suburbs. However, our team operates on a global scale, allowing for some remote or hybrid work opportunities. The specific location for each position is outlined in the job description, along with details about the possibility of remote work for interested applicants.

Can I apply via email?

We accept all applications directly through the position description page, although some roles may have a specific application process. Please read the job description for the role you are interested in — it will tell you the best way to submit your application.

I’m a recruiter - can I work with Quad Lock?

Our team aims to respond to everyone within 1-2 weeks. At that time, we’ll let you know if we’d like to speak with you, need more information, or if your application isn’t a fit for what we’re looking for at the time.

What is the interview process at Quad Lock like?

Just like working here, the interview process is both effecient and fun! Depending on the position, it may involve, meeting with our team either virtually or in our office, showcasing your work, preparing a short case study, or joining our team for a coffee catch up. Once the interview process has begun, we make it a priority for candidates to meet with multiple individuals on the current team. It’s important to us that you and the team have every opportunity to ask the questions needed to make sure the position is right for you.

Who can I expect to meet throughout the process?

To provide you with as much context as possible you will meet with several interviewers related to the role you applied for. While it varies from role to role, you are likely to meet with one of our recruiters, hiring manager, your potential team lead, future peers, or a key stakeholder to the team.

I have previously applied and/or interviewed in the past and was not successful. Can I apply again?

Certainly! However, we do recommend if you are re-applying for the same role, to first gain additional experience since your previous application.
