Where is Quad Lock’s office located?
At Quad Lock we work effectively and even thrive from different locations. Quad Lock’s office is located in South Yarra - one of Melbourne’s vibrant inner city suburbs. However, our team operates on a global scale, allowing for some remote or hybrid work opportunities. What is the interview process at Quad Lock like?
Just like working here, the interview process is both effecient and fun! Depending on the position, it may involve, meeting with our team either virtually or in our office, showcasing your work, preparing a short case study, or joining our team for a coffee catch up. Once the interview process has begun, we make it a priority for candidates to meet with multiple individuals on the current team. It’s important to us that you and the team have every opportunity to ask the questions needed to make sure the position is right for you.
Who can I expect to meet throughout the process?
To provide you with as much context as possible you will meet with several interviewers related to the role you applied for. While it varies from role to role, you are likely to meet with one of our recruiters, hiring manager, your potential team lead, future peers, or a key stakeholder to the team.
I have previously applied and/or interviewed in the past and was not successful. Can I apply again?
Certainly! However, we do recommend if you are re-applying for the same role, to first gain additional experience since your previous application.
