Terms and Conditions – Quad Lock x OP Promotional Giveaways (AU)

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Annex Products Pty Ltd (ACN 154 777 401) of Como Centre Suite 6A Level 3, 299 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following promotions conducted by the Promoter during the Promotional Period:

1. Ticket Voucher Giveaway
2. Reaction Test Competition

Participation in either promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of participation.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at [insert time] AEST/AEDT on [insert date] and closes at [insert time] AEST/AEDT on [insert date] (“Promotional Period”). Participation outside this period will not be valid.

PART A – Ticket Voucher Giveaway

5. How to Participate

During the Promotional Period, eligible participants who receive a promotional ticket voucher (Papaya, Blue or Black card) at the designated event location will be entitled to redeem the corresponding prize, subject to availability.

Ticket vouchers:

• Are randomly distributed;
• Must be redeemed during the Promotional Period unless otherwise specified;
• Are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prizes – Ticket Voucher Giveaway

Prizes are allocated based on the type of voucher received:

Papaya Card:

• 1 x OP 1:5 Scale Helmet

Blue Card Prize Pack:

• 1 x Quad Lock Traverse Backpack
• 1 x McLaren OP Melbourne Water Bottle
• 1 x Quad Lock x OP T-Shirt

Black Card:

• 1 x Quad Lock x OP T-Shirt

Prize quantities are limited and available while stocks last. Apparel sizes are subject to availability.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

PART B – Reaction Test Competition

7. How to Enter

Eligible participants may take part in the Reaction Test Competition at the designated event location during the Promotional Period.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by Promoter staff. Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter, one (1) recorded attempt per participant applies.

8. Prize – Reaction Test Competition

One (1) winner will receive:

• 1 x OP 1:5 Scale Helmet

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. Winner Determination – Reaction Test

The winner will be the participant who records the fastest verified reaction time during the Promotional Period.

All times will be recorded and verified by the Promoter at the event location.

In the event of a tie, tied participants will be required to complete additional rounds to determine a winner.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected at the event location unless otherwise arranged by the Promoter.

If a prize is not claimed during the Promotional Period (or within any timeframe specified by the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize.

If shipping is arranged at the Promoter’s discretion:

• The winner must provide accurate delivery details;
• The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of participation;
• Disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion;
• Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

12. Privacy

The Promoter may collect personal information from participants for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
